We do not have a series of standard designs although we do have in-house methodologies for quick site assessments to allow early, realistic development appraisals. This combines desk top studies, site visits, planning research and variable template drafting tools. Design and layout solutions will be site specific and may be Traditional or Contemporary in architectural style. Where we can be involved at the earliest stages we will bring design Innovation to the process where building options can influence operational strategies.
