This sewing camp will consist of girls learning
to make things they can wear. Girls will learn
a mix of hand and machine sewing. Each girl
will make a minimum of 4 projects to take
home and 1 project they will donate. Whether
you are new to sewing or have already taken
one of our workshops, this camp’s for you. Girls
must have completed 1st grade.

STEM DAY CAMP
June 20 - 24 • 9 a.m. – 12 noon
Fee: Camper - $50
(completed grades 5-8*)
McNeese State University
Kirkman Hall, Lake Charles, LA
Girls will learn about game programming &
robotics. Camp will be a collaboration with
McNeese State University and led by Professor
Kay Kussmann. Each girl will actually get her
own robot to take home.
*If room allows we will accept girls who have
completed 9th grade & up. Please inquire
