Il nostro manifesto rivoluzionario: rendere
il bagno la stanza più importante e confortevole
della casa. Cambiando così una mentalità
superata che guarda a quell’ambiente
per la sua semplice ed esclusiva funzione.
Noi vogliamo che diventi invece l’accogliente
espressione di un benessere vitale.

Consuetudini ed ergonomia distribuiscono
le funzioni lungo un orizzonte scandito da
mobili contenitori a profondità variabile che
accompagnano l’intimità dei riti domestici
quotidiani. Volumi sospesi, superfici
continue, bacini, ampi, materiali innovativi
e finiture laccate sono studiati per preservare
con facilità l’igiene nella stanza da bagno e
assolvere a tutte le funzioni tradizionalmente
demandate allo spazio lavanderia.
Il progetto Flexia valorizza l’ambiente
lavanderia attraverso la sottrazione di
elementi formali che ne hanno stereotipato
l’immagine nel tempo. L’introduzione di
elementi mobili e l’aggregazione di funzioni
rende i locali, di solito relegati a spazi di
servizio, flessibili e condivisi.

Flexia is a “furnishing system” modeled
according to the fluidity of water.
Customs and ergonomics distribute the
functions along a horizon articulated by
storage units with varying depth that
accompany the intimacy of the domestic
daily rites. Suspended volumes, continuous
surfaces, basins, innovative materials and
lacquered finishes they are studied to easily

to grant all functions traditionally submitted

Flexia project valorizes the laundry room
through the subtraction of formal elements

GEACRYL ® is not a plastic material but
a composite of natural mineral fillers and high
quality binding polymers, perfectly compact
and with excellent mechanical strength, coated
with a layer of resin which gives gloss, chemical
resistance, elegance and gives a feeling to the
touch very similar to a ceramic product but with
even more qualities.
The advantage of GEACRYL ® is that it creates
very technical form objects with perfectly
specular surfaces. It also guarantees absolute
impermeability and hygiene for everyday use.
It is resistant to chemicals used for cleaning
and has antibacterial, flame retardant and
self-extinguishing properties. It can be cut and
drilled with normal woodworking tools. It can
also be glued, for example for double and cased
washbasins. The material is produced entirely in
Italy in compliance with current environmental
regulations. The product complies with current
UNI EN 14688.
Elegant and pleasant to the touch
The surface coating film gives artifacts in Geacryl ®
a surface sheen that makes them elegant, pleasant
to the touch and very similar to ceramic material.

property of the material,it is not subject to
deterioration over time.

mineral fillers (calcium carbonates and alumina
trihydrate) and 25% polyester resin. The technical
enamel film that covers the surface is polyester
acrylate, which obtains excellent resistance

Its aesthetic, mechanical and chemical features
make this material perfect for bathrooms and
public spaces. Mineralmarmo ® is a versatile
material that can take the form of sinks,
countertops, and bases.
Cleaning Mineralmarmo ® frequently ensures its
long-lasting beauty and prevents wear and ageing
signs. Some aggressive chemicals can damage
Mineralmarmo ® .
Caring for this product is quick and easy. You
can remove most stains, scale, and dirt with a
damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge and common
non-abrasive detergents. Rinse thoroughly after
cleaning the surface.
SHERWOOD FINISH
A bold surface full of character inspired by the
Po Plain oaks and the unmistakable language of
nature.
The shades selected by the Cleaf Research
Lab allow Sherwood to be used in classic and

For cleaning, avoid the use of abrasive detergents
and sponges. Do not use metal scrapers.
This product is highly heat-resistant. However,
do not place hot objects or boiling liquids on the
surface. Do not use aggressive chemicals, such
as acetone, trichlorethylene, solvents, and acids.
Some substances, such as ink, cosmetics, dye can
release colourants on the surface. Avoid them from
coming into contact with the surface. Do not lay lit
cigarettes and do not use cutting objects directly
on the surface.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. ORDERS
All orders are binding for the client. Orders become binding for Gruppo Geromin srl only after
written confirmation.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION
The cancellation of an order requires the written approval by Gruppo Geromin srl.
Gruppo Geromin srl is entitled to charge all resulting expenses to the client.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are purely indicative.
No compensation will be due in the event of delays.
The delivery of an order is processed as soon as the carrier picks up the products from the
Gruppo Geromin srl warehouse.
4. PAYMENTS
Unless otherwise stated in the invoice, the payment terms are the following:
- national sales: 30 days invoice date in the presence of an approved credit line;
otherwise, payment upon delivery
- International sales: irrevocable letter of credit confirmed by a major Italian bank.
The products will remain property of Gruppo Geromin srl until the payment is made
in compliance with articles 1523 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code.
5. DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
Customers who receive a product that was damaged during transport must sign the delivery note
subject to verification and report the damage to Gruppo Geromin srl via email
or registered letter within 8 days.
6. RETURNS
Returns must be expressly authorised by Gruppo Geromin srl In any instance, all resulting transport
and administration costs will be charged to the client, with a minimum charge equal
to 25% of the invoice value.
Tailor-made products made upon specific request cannot be returned.
7. WARRANTY
All Gruppo Geromin srl products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the delivery date.
8. PRICES
The prices in this list are VAT excluded and ex works.
Product installation is always excluded and must be carried out by the end user.
Gruppo Geromin srl reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.
9. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE
In the event of damage caused by a defective product, Gruppo Geromin srl will be held liable
in compliance with the laws in force.
10. COURT OF JURISDICTION
Any dispute will be settled by the Court of Venice.
