infections form one of six focus areas of<br />
RACHA's program in Cambodia.Although<br />
it works closely with the Ministry of Health,<br />
it also works extensively with local volunteers<br />
and businesses as well as other<br />
NGOs and international agencies. It<br />
supports voluntary counseling and testing<br />
and access to nevirapine treatment for<br />
pregnant women. Also targets migrant<br />
couples and sex workers in rural areas,<br />
and works with the Ministry of Health<br />
to build social acceptance of condoms<br />
and address issues of vulnerability<br />
among young people to HIV transmission.<br />
Operates in Kampot, Pursat, Battambang,<br />
Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap and Phnom<br />
