National Tattoo Supply Inc. was established in August 1974 in New Hyde Park, Long Island, New York. With the<br />

support, advice and guidance of such notable tattooists as the late Terry Wrigley, Bob Shaw and Peter Tat 2 Poulos we<br />

were able to set the professional standards of this company. We still do not advertise in any media and we do our best<br />

to avoid selling tattooing equipment to anyone who is not a professional tattoo artist.<br />

We sell our products to both members and non-members of the National Tattoo Association, Inc. You do NOT need<br />

to be a member of the NTA to buy from National. Our only requirement is that you be a professional tattoo artist. In<br />

February of 1991 we moved to Allentown, Pennsylvania. Our business flourished and in September of 2001 we moved<br />

to a larger facility. We are now located at: 485 Business Park Lane, Allentown, Pennsylvania, 18109-9120.<br />

Over the past few years we have added hundreds of new products. We are always looking for the best in tattoo equipment<br />

and supplies and we welcome any suggestions from you. We want to thank you, our valued customer and friend,<br />

for your part in the success of this company. We promise to continue to offer the products that you require at the best<br />

possible cost to you.<br />

RETURN POLICY<br />

We will only accept returns of UNUSED merchandise.<br />

We will NOT ACCEPT returns without a return authorization (RA NUMBER) on the outside of the package.<br />

Please call (610) 433-7191 for a return authorization number BEFORE returning any merchandise.<br />

*Time limit for returns is 30 DAYS from the date of invoice.<br />

*Merchandise must be returned as originally packed, with all original packing included.<br />

*Include a copy of the original invoice.<br />

*Include a letter or note explaining the reason for the return.<br />

*Include your current telephone number and address.<br />

ALL Rotary Machines, Inks, Design Sheets, Books, Copier Paper, Hectograph Paper, Copier Bulbs, Piercing Jewelry,<br />

Piercing Tools and Publications cannot be returned.<br />

There is a $30.00 re-stocking fee for Custom Engraved Tattoo Machines.<br />

We are not responsible for breakage, crushed or tampered cartons. Please file claims with the freight company.<br />

National Tattoo Supply is not responsible for any typographical errors.<br />

PAYMENT<br />

USA Orders: We accept Visa and MasterCard (shipped to the billing address), PayPal (shipped to a confirmed address),<br />

and COD.<br />

International Orders: We accept PayPal and Wire Transfer ONLY. We do not accept international credit cards.<br />
