Dispersing solution mixes with any powdered color. It will disperse your
color, making it stronger, darker, brighter and smoother. Sold in a Quart
bottle.
You can use Witch Hazel (3 parts Dispersing to 1 part Witch Hazel) for all
your powdered colors. Witch hazel can also be used to thin HLC liquid
colors a bit. Witch Hazel is sold in a 12 oz. bottle.
