Drawing & Painting one month before the commencement of examination
duly signed by the subject teacher with date.
The marks of the submission work will be awarded internally by the Head
of the Department with the consent of subject teacher. Submission work
will be retained till declaration of the result. If no claim is made within one
month of the examination the ‘Submission Work ’ will be destroyed.
Note: Department will take every care of the submission work but it will not
be responsible for any damage or loss. The candidate will have no right to
claim against the loss.
Note: (A) Candidate should pass in theory as well as in practical papers separately.
(B)There should be minimum 11 periods for the regular study (4 periods
for theory , 6 periods for practicals and 1 period for outdoor Sketching). One
batch will consist of 12 students.
(c) Practicals Examinations will be conducted at the centres. An external
examiner will examine the answer sheets in consultation with an internal examiner,
the subject teacher of the department of Drawing & Painting. Principal will
appoint the internal Examiner on the recommendation of the Head of the Department.
(D) Practical paper II & III will be evaluated separately. there will be no
Supplementary Examination in Practical paper II & III. It is compulsory to pass
in every paper separately including submission of practical work.
(E) Computer is very helpful & important to the drawing & painting students
in theory & practical studies. Therefore, the dept. should take care for
providing the computers to the students.
(F) The ratio of periods must be counted as one is to one of practical &
theory paper in drawing & painting subject.
(G)The Department should also arrange for an educational tour to ancient
art centres like Ajanta, Ellora, Elephanta, Khajuraho, National Gallery of Modern
Art-New Delhi. Art Galleries, Museums and fine Art institutions in other
cities of the country at least once in a year.
