Fly For Sure
Fly For Sure has been launched for greater
customer ease in case of flight disruptions. It allows
a passenger booked on SpiceJet a guarantee of
flying in the next 24 hours in case of a flight delay
beyond 90 minutes, missing a flight not exceeding 30 minutes
from airport check-in closure of the original flight or a flight
cancellation by the airline. With Fly For Sure the passenger
gets to fly, in spite of the above unforeseen circumstances. It is
available at ` 299 while booking for the flight and SpiceJet will
reimburse the passengers for an alternate flight ticket (not
exceeding double the price of the original ticket or the cost
of second ticket, whichever is lower) on the airline of their
choice in the same sector within 24 hours of the original
scheduled booking with SpiceJet.

Carry More On Board
Making air travel even more
convenient, SpiceJet’s ‘Carry More
On Board’ is a service for travellers
with heavier cabin baggage. It
is targeted at passengers who carry cabin
baggage heavier than 7 kg, and do not want
to check-in. Fliers can carry bags weighing up
to 5 kg extra, a maximum of 12 kg on board,
while paying a nominal fee for each kg above
7 kg. Bags can be heavier, but not larger, and
the standard free baggage allowances remain
as before. Customers can opt for this product
during airport check-in and at airport ticket
counters.

Hand Baggage Only
This is another unique product that offers a discount to those
passengers who carry only hand baggage. Available on
most direct domestic flights, this fare has a minimum 15-day
advance purchase period, and no free check-in baggage
allowance is permissible. Bookings for this can be made on www.spicejet.
com, at airport ticket offices, and through select online travel portals.
Passengers should keep in mind that hand baggage allowance does not
change. Those who book these fares, but decide to check in luggage later,
will have to pay more.
