GET TO KNOW (PROJECTS)<br />
Titled Sports Bazaar of Fafe, this exercise aims to make<br />
known the individual projects of an interactive way and<br />
seeks to encourage the identification of potential partners<br />
of the project. Initially the participants develop a<br />
promotional tent of projects, where they have the key<br />
characteristics of the same and promote your business<br />
idea. Subsequently, the tents of projects serve as a means<br />
for the achievement of job interviews and negotiating<br />
partners. Between these periods there is a place for a small<br />
public presentation of projects.<br />

TEAM BUILDING INNOVATION<br />
Dubbed as Design Thinking, the exercise proposes a<br />
reflection about a particular business. Focuses on the<br />
observation of customers and the product, with the<br />
objective of combining the two indicators on a value<br />
proposition. To facilitate the design of the value<br />
proposition can be released existing models. The year is<br />
divided into two distinct parts, the analysis of indicators<br />
and the creation of value proposition and the public<br />
presentation of the results obtained.<br />

The exercise suggests the reflection and application of the<br />
Business Model Canvas. Each group should be able to fill<br />
the fields of the template Canvas, albeit aided, in order to<br />
structure the business envisioned. Initially are released a<br />
few minutes for consideration and conclusion of the<br />
business model, in order to subsequently be presented a<br />
brief public presentation. At the end of each presentation<br />
reserves a space for sharing ideas/questions.<br />

LEGAL ISSUES<br />
Based in an environment of coffee, the World Coffee is a<br />
dynamic exercise where all groups are involved in a final<br />
result. In several tables are asked questions and spaces<br />
for answers, it is necessary to obtain the various<br />
responses of the groups. The groups will rotate from<br />
table to table, finishing the year when all the groups have<br />
answered all the questions. Finally meet all the tables<br />
and is reflected, together, about the questions and the<br />
answers obtained.<br />

Based on the creation of a blazon of the project, this<br />
exercise aims to reflect on the values of the project, its<br />
history (how did), the value proposition and the future of the<br />
project/business. Through the design must be structured<br />
blazons which are the points described above, trying not to<br />
include text. The difficulty of transmitting at drawing what is<br />
clear in words, allows to reflect and view the project. To<br />
wrap up the exercise are made public presentations.<br />

Are initially presented some examples, on video, actions<br />
of guerilla marketing. Later are suggested some words<br />
that appear in the presentations of the marketing plans<br />
of the projects. Before the presentation there is space for<br />
reflection and structuring the marketing plan. Are data<br />
feedback during the public presentations, with the aim of<br />
enhancing actions with a strong impact.<br />
