Kids aged 9-14 can take part in Sandown Sports
Camp this summer holiday. Activities include skiing,
ringos, squash, street dance, water wars, foot-golf,
racquetball, gym challenges and team building
exercises. Run by professional coaches across three
days, kids can learn new skills, have plenty of fun
and be in the chance of winning a package prize to
include a ski and squash lesson, a personal training

Now in its 10th year, Weyfest at the Rural Life
Centre is Surrey’s biggest music festival, with four
stages and fun for the entire family set in 10 acres of

This two-day countryside event will be held on
a huge show ground on Sunday 28 and Monday
29 August. This year, children can take part in the
Edenbridge and Oxted Show for free, and visit
animals and creatures of all shapes and sizes. Meerkats
are making an appearance for the first time this year,
along with huge spiders, snakes, cuddly chinchillas,
scuttling scorpions and a magnificent Bearded
Dragon, not forgetting all the favourite features of a

Take to the skies...
Wings and Wheels returns to Dunsfold Aerodrome
on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 August to celebrate
its 12th show. The diverse five-hour air displays are

and classic car displays. Wander the huge arena and
discover military treasure from over 80 stalls, take part
in laser quest or paint balling and enjoy the musical

A comedy of manners...
On Wednesday 17 August at 7pm visit Hatchlands
Park for an evening of Regency wonderment, as
Elinor and Marianne Dashwood make their first
forays into eighteenth century society. Follow their
story in this outdoor production of Sense and
Sensibility by Chapterhouse Theatre Company.
Refreshments will be available for purchase, but
audiences are encouraged to bring along a picnic
