Class time will include stories and presentations by the more advanced students. Mary Joyce will offer a variety of homework options<br />
(homework will not be required) for the different ages and levels of advancement in reading and writing: from coloring pages to crafts<br />
to reading and memorization. She will have a class library where students may check out books about topics ranging from Squanto<br />
and the First Thanksgiving to the Midnight Ride of Paul Revere and the Constitutional Conventions.<br />
During the spring semester, students will learn how the 13 colonies became the 50 <strong>St</strong>ates that we know today as the United <strong>St</strong>ates of<br />
America.<br />
