Dear Friends,<br />
I would like to express my greatest appreciation to all <strong>the</strong> members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Arizona</strong> <strong>Swiss</strong> <strong>Society</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>you</strong>r support<br />
<strong>of</strong> my educational and photographic endeavors while I attend school here at Daytona State College. I wish I<br />
could have been with <strong>you</strong> all to accept this honor that <strong>you</strong> have given me, and I hope that all <strong>of</strong> <strong>you</strong> had a wonderful<br />
time and filled <strong>you</strong>rselves with delicious bratwurst. I would also like to thank everyone on <strong>the</strong> scholarship<br />
committee and all those that make this scholarship possible every year. I have <strong>the</strong> fondest memories <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>Swiss</strong> <strong>Society</strong>, all <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> wonderful picnics and playing Jazz have been some <strong>of</strong> my most cherished memories as<br />
a child. I am most grateful <strong>for</strong> this honor that has been <strong>best</strong>owed upon me, and hope that I can repay <strong>you</strong> all by<br />
devoting my soul to my education and career in photography that <strong>you</strong> have given me <strong>you</strong>r support in attaining.<br />

I would like to thank all <strong>the</strong> members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Swiss</strong> <strong>Society</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir constant and generous support <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Swiss</strong><br />
Foundation and <strong>the</strong> scholarships that it supports. I would also like to thank Max Haechler and his assistant,<br />
Helen Block, <strong>for</strong> all <strong>the</strong> work <strong>the</strong>y do that makes <strong>the</strong> scholarship program possible. I would also like to thank<br />
<strong>the</strong> members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> scholarship committee <strong>for</strong> all <strong>the</strong> time <strong>the</strong>y put into making <strong>the</strong> scholarship program successful.<br />
Thank <strong>you</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>you</strong>r contributions which have helped support me by paying <strong>for</strong> books and school fees during<br />
my time at <strong>the</strong> University <strong>of</strong> <strong>Arizona</strong>. As I finish my Chemical Engineering degree I am thankful <strong>for</strong> everyone<br />
who has helped me reach this point in my life.<br />
