This class is designed for all levels of yoga practitioners - with<br />
modifications and variations offered throughout. The practice<br />
focuses on awareness of the body and postural alignment of the<br />
muscles and bones. It promotes strength, balance, flexibility,<br />
a clear mind and a deep sense of relaxation through a strong<br />
connection to the breath. Please bring a yoga mat.<br />

Mixed Media- Art for Creative Kids (8-11 Years) <br />
Instructor - Barb Batulla<br />
This program provides kids with the perfect opportunity to<br />
explore their artistic side, learning about the elements of art and<br />
famous artists to create their own masterpieces in water colour,<br />
clay, acrylic, pencil, and mixed media. Kids should wear clothing<br />
they can get dirty! There will be an art show at the end to showcase<br />
all the kids hard work!<br />

Pickleball<br />
Come and play pickleball with us! This court sport combines the<br />
rules of ping pong, tennis and badminton. Pickleball can be played<br />
with 2 or 4 players using a wooden paddle similar to a ping pong<br />
paddle and a plastic whiffle ball. Easy for beginners to learn, but<br />
can develop into a fast-paced competitive game for experienced<br />
players. Equipment provided. Please bring clean indoor shoes.<br />

Two left feet? No problem! Learn the steps that will take you<br />
from the practice floor to the dance floor in a fun and relaxed<br />
environment! Learn the smooth and graceful steps of the Waltz<br />
and Foxtrot. Then break into the heat of the Latin Ballroom<br />
dances with the Rumba and Cha Cha. Please wear clean,<br />
comfortable footwear with non-rubber soles.<br />

to some Rock & Roll and the Boogie Woogie as you take to the<br />
dance floor with Swing Dancing. Then kick it up a notch with<br />
hot and spicy Latin Salsa dancing and learn the fast footwork<br />
that comes with the Cha Cha! Please wear clean, comfortable<br />
footwear with non-rubber soles. (Must have taken Ballroom<br />
