Water
Drinkable water is available at the “Water House” located just in front of the Auditorium venue, and in all the restrooms.
First aid
Medical first aid is available at the entrance (left side) of the venue (see the map).
ATM Machine
An ATM machine is available outside the venue (see the map).
People with restricted mobility
Auditorium Parco della Musica supplies assistance for people with restricted mobility, staff members can escort them
to the lifts and to the reserved seats in the Rooms. Special passenger shuttles will be available for people with mobility
problems to carry them to the Social event venue.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any area of the Conference Venue.
Air conditioning
Central air conditioning is provided at the Auditorium. The dress code is casual. Please feel free to wear comfortable
clothes suitable for walking to and from the venue in warm weather.
