Enabling Advisors with Technology
A deeper look at technology points to the need for improvements in applications, whether that’s a
complete advisor desktop system or individual applications that combine to form an advisor desktop
platform.
Fifty-one percent of firms are planning to adopt or replace their integrated advisor desktop solution,
and all of those installations will be completed by 2018. The value driving adoption is the ability to
improve service and experience drivers. Many firms will instead choose to install or integrate
