Greg Nordbak has retired after 19 years of service on<br />

the City Council for the City of Whittier, California. He<br />

was elected five times starting in 1994, and served as<br />

Mayor for a total of four years. During that time, he<br />

was also elected to represent the cities in the San<br />

Gabriel Valley with water pumping rights on the San<br />

Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority, serving as the<br />

Chairman for six years. Additionally, Greg served as<br />

the Chairman of the Los Angeles County Sanitation<br />

District which is made up of all 72 mayors of the cities<br />

in Los Angeles County. Finally, he served one year<br />

as President of the Gateway Cities Council of<br />

Government, which is made up of 11 cities south of<br />

Whittier including the Ports of Long Beach and Los<br />

Angeles. Congratulations on a wonderful career, Greg,<br />

After graduating from the Academy, G. Stedman<br />

Huard II, MD, FACS attended USC and graduated in<br />

1974. From there he attended the Kansas University<br />

School of Medicine and graduated in 1980. He spent<br />

the next five years at the same institution in General<br />

Surgery, then attended the Baylor College of Medicine<br />

in Houston with the very notable Dr. Michael DeBakey<br />

for two years doing Vascular Surgery. He has now been<br />

practicing for 28 years, operating on arteries and veins<br />

in the aged. He’s saved thousands of lives throughout<br />

his career.<br />

Marvin Rouhotas Jr. continues his journey in healthcare<br />

and medicine. He was recently selected as the<br />

new CEO/President of Andrews Memorial Hospital in<br />

Kingston, Jamaica, a not for profit, faith-based<br />

hospital. It is a full-service hospital that, in his tenure,<br />

will be designed and developed into the cardiovascular<br />

and neuroscience center for the Caribbean. His wife,<br />

Kimberly, is an ultra-sonographer who works in the<br />

imaging department at the hospital who has seen,<br />

examined, and helped patients with interesting<br />

pathology seen rarely, if at all, in the United States.<br />

They are blessed to be at the hospital, and send their<br />

best to all of the alumni and faculty at Army and Navy<br />

2015; a second marriage for both he and his wife. The<br />

wedding was held in their airplane hangar at Columbia<br />

Airport (O22) in Columbia, California. They’re enjoying<br />

life as a new, larger family, including their six adult<br />

Theo Yu has expanded his leadership training<br />

business from the Pacific Northwest to the Republic<br />

of the Philippines where he has been working in<br />

the Philippines with Filipino nongovernmental<br />

organizations (NGOs) who are building a community<br />

of over 300 homes in the city of Tacloban after it was<br />

devastated by super-typhoon Haiyan on November 8,<br />

2013. In addition, he helps managers from Southeast<br />

Asian and African NGOs improve their financial<br />

management practices through a training program<br />

offered by a Filipino NGO.<br />
