Communication was very good with<br />

full involvement of patients and families<br />

in decision-making. <strong>Staff</strong> were open<br />

and honest.<br />

Patients felt staff took the time<br />

to reassure them when they were<br />

upset and distressed.<br />

Parents were unanimously<br />

positive about the care they and<br />

their children received.<br />
