Hydrolife Magazine October/November 2016 (USA Edition)

There is a lot of healing in this issue of Hydrolife. As medicinal marijuana gains acceptance in more jurisdictions, more stories are coming to the forefront revealing how cannabis healed a person where traditional drugs could not, or could but with severe side effects. We all want that miracle cure to be found where everybody is safe, where everybody is happy and where everybody is healthy.

ADIAM
BLACK WEDDING
Swedish-born, Berlin-based
artist Adiam is stunning
everyone with her first fulllength
album Black Wedding.
She is a musical bumblebee
collecting honey from many
flowers, creating something
new. Black Wedding is
transfixing and memorable;
it’s an experience from
beginning to end.
AGES & AGES
SOMETHING TO RUIN
Chilled out indie pop rockers
Ages & Ages remain at the
forefront of their craft with
their third album Something
To Ruin. The band’s raw
choral sound causes an
unrelenting desire to sing out
loud. Spark one up and sing
along, won’t you?
LAUREN MANN
DEARESTLY
After a four-year hiatus,
Canadian singer/songwriter
Lauren Mann surprised her
fans with an incredible followup
to her critically acclaimed
debut album. With Dearestly,
Lauren has dropped the
extended moniker “& the Fairly
Odd Folk”, keeping things
simple. Dearestly is a true
masterpiece and will hopefully
be recognized as such.
progresses and expands the
genre. We all deserve music
like this in our lives.
TERRA LIGHTFOOT
EVERY TIME MY MIND
RUNS WILD
Terra Lightfoot is my new
rock and roll hero! There
is something astoundingly
potent about Every Time My
Mind Runs Wild. Terra dips
her toes in a bit of everything:
rock, folk, soul, country and
blues. I can only imagine how
good her live shows must be.
