Seek assistance from electrically competent person<br />

or call DDC Dolphin or an authorised support agent<br />

for assistance<br />

The chamber<br />

is not clear at<br />

the end of a<br />

cycle<br />

Too many items<br />

placed in chamber<br />

Or<br />

Non maceratable<br />

goods in chamber<br />

Run a cycle with no additional products<br />

Check all items placed in machine are maceratable<br />

Reduce load if multiple wipes or SAP are used<br />

The lid will<br />

open but will<br />

not run a<br />

cycle<br />

The water tank is not<br />

full<br />

If the green READY light is flashing, the water tank<br />

is not full<br />

Check you can hear the noise of running water.<br />

(The tank filling with water)<br />

If there is no running water check the local supply<br />

tap is turned off<br />

Seek the assistance of a competent maintenance<br />

person, DDC Dolphin or an authorised support<br />

agent for assistance<br />

<br />

Has machine been overloaded and pulp or other<br />

items remain in the cylinder<br />

<br />

Unplug the machine or remove the fuse from the<br />

isolator then clear pulp from chamber<br />

<br />

Check drains have not blocked, possibly indicated<br />

by a build-up of water in the chamber<br />

<br />

If necessary have drains cleared this will permit<br />

water to leave the chamber<br />
