Other Faults
Symptom Possible Cause Action
There are no
lights on the
machine
No electrical power to
the machine
Check the local electrical switch is on
Replace the fuse in the electrical outlet
Check other electrical items in the area are live
Check the circuit breaker in the fuse board
Seek assistance from electrically competent person
or call DDC Dolphin or an authorised support agent
for assistance
The chamber
is not clear at
the end of a
cycle
Too many items
placed in chamber
Or
Non maceratable
goods in chamber
Run a cycle with no additional products
Check all items placed in machine are maceratable
Reduce load if multiple wipes or SAP are used
The lid will
open but will
not run a
cycle
The water tank is not
full
If the green READY light is flashing, the water tank
is not full
Check you can hear the noise of running water.
(The tank filling with water)
If there is no running water check the local supply
tap is turned off
Seek the assistance of a competent maintenance
person, DDC Dolphin or an authorised support
agent for assistance
Has machine been overloaded and pulp or other
items remain in the cylinder
Unplug the machine or remove the fuse from the
isolator then clear pulp from chamber
Check drains have not blocked, possibly indicated
by a build-up of water in the chamber
If necessary have drains cleared this will permit
water to leave the chamber
