Filipinos love for food exudes during the holidays. This may<br />

be the reason we find ourselves getting that additional<br />

weight during Christmas season. We also express our<br />

hospitality best when sharing good food to our guest thus<br />

we always strive to serve them only the best.<br />

One restaurant that will truly show our heritage when<br />

entertaining Balikbayans and foreigner visitors alike is<br />

Guevarra’s buffet. Its grandiose structure is rich in heritage<br />

splendor and reminiscent of a house built in the 1920’s. A<br />

picturesque garden surrounded with rich greeneries spun<br />

wide leaves an inviting view as soon as you enter the gate.<br />

Moving into the dining area, get ready to be enthralled with<br />

art-deco pieces transforming your senses to a magnificent<br />

old-world charm.<br />

Guevarra’s is owned and operated by Seven Plates Inc.<br />

with partners, Warren Sy, Patrick King, Felix Yu, Timothy<br />

Go, Victor Go, Raymond Co and Jeffrey Siy together with<br />

Chefs Roland and Jackie Laudico. The team ensures that<br />

Guevarra’s will continue its undertaking to provide its guest<br />

with a gastronomic buffet that boasts of great flavor and<br />

freshness more than its numbers.<br />

One of Filipino favorite entrée, Beef Morcon will also be<br />

added in the buffet spread that showcases Filipino other<br />

Filipino Favorites like their version of Christmas Paella.<br />

From the most raved Roast Angus Beef Belly to Bagnet<br />

in the carving station to the rich Kare-Kare and bountiful<br />

Shrimp dishes ; down to the sweet tooth cravings of the<br />

crowd favorite Brigaderos and Frozen Brazo that never fails<br />

to get you going back for more.<br />

This season, get ready to be amazed with more awesome<br />

food spread as Guevarra’s introduce its Yuletide Menu.<br />

Spice up your appetite with Christmas Chicken Liver<br />

Parfait served with crostinis. This version of Liver pate with<br />

infusion of moscato will surely open up your taste buds<br />

with its smooth velvety texture.<br />

Fusions such as Embotido Lasagna Roll and Roast Turkey<br />

with Cornmeal Stuffings will also grace the buffet spread.<br />

Sweet endings are made special with Christmas twist on<br />

Suman and Pudding and Filipino traditional Puto Bumbong<br />

and Bibingka.<br />
