Vanessa brings over 10 years of experience and expertise
to her clients. With over $150,000,000 in sales, she has a
proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing
homes for hundreds of families. She is a full-time agent
for Northern NJ, who appeared in two seasons of the real
estate show “Bought & Sold” on HGTV.
After living in South Orange, NYC, and Downtown Jersey
City, Vanessa now resides with her husband and three
children in Maplewood, NJ. She is a proud SOMA School
District parent, and is very active at church and in the community.
Vanessa and her team are committed to enriching their
community. Every home sold by the team translates directly
into opportunities to give back in a way that leaves
a lasting impact on the SOMA area. The VP Team has a
yearly internal “giving goal” that surpassed last year’s goal
of $50,000, and they have pledged to increase the giving
every year.

As the Listing Manager and Administration, Steve oversees

to all of our clients. With his background in client care and
task management, as well as his commitment to SERVE the
community, Steve is a perfect and invaluable fit for your team.
Steve lives with his wife and two kids in West Orange.
Kathleen and her husband, John, raised their three children
in Madison, NJ where she was very active in the
community. She served on her children’s PTO and sports
booster club boards, and is a former President of the
Junior League of the Oranges and Short Hills. Currently
Kathleen and her husband are building a house on the
water in Sea Bright.

Originally from Illinois, Kate moved to New York City in
1996 to pursue a life in theatre. She made her Broadway
debut in 1997 as Scrooge’s fiancée, Emily, in A Christmas
Carol at Madison Square Garden. She appeared
in many productions, both Off-Broadway and regionally,
and in 2009 she caught the writing bug. She wrote,
performed, and produced her original one-woman show
“The A**hole in My Head”, garnering critical acclaim and
four encore runs. Kate loves the performing arts, but
she also has a passion for homes, community, and great
causes. In 2011 she conceived and co-produced OVER
THE MOON: THE BROADWAY LULLABY PROJECT with
the proceeds going to Breast Cancer Research. It is
available on Amazon.com. Kate moved to Maplewood
in 2015, where she lives with her husband and son. She
is thrilled to join the Vanessa Pollock team, where she
will be the “behind the scenes” concierge.
BONNIE RAMSEY

Originally from Kansas City, Bonnie has lived in New York City
since 2000, with a short stint in both Boston and Chicago.
Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance and
graduated with honors from the L’Art de la Patisserie Program
at The French Pastry School in Chicago. Having both a heart
for the creative arts and a passion for detail and communication,
she has had a wide range of careers! Previously, Bonnie
has worked as a singer, a musical theater teacher, a Customer
Operations Coordinator for SIRIUS/XM Radio, a baker, and
owner of her own pastry/cake company “Bonnie and Cake”.
Bonnie currently helps The Vanessa Pollock Team with all
things digital and media related and loves both the creative
and detail aspects of working with such an amazing team of
people! She is thrilled to be a resident of Maplewood (since
2013), where she has found the “perfect place” to raise her
three kids with her husband Matt.
