The semester is flying
by, and as it gets
closer and closer
to finals week, there's one
thing stressed out students
are looking forward to:
Thanksgiving break! Besides
being the time many will
need to study, catch up
on their schoolwork, and
procrastinate some more,
it is also a much needed
short period of relaxation.
A blessed time for family,
friends, giving thanks, and
most importantly, time to
catch up on all our favorite
returned fall TV shows! Hello
bed! Just warning you, I got
episodes lined up back to
back, and I'm not leaving
until I find out who's under
the sheet on How to Get
Away with Murder, what
horrific damage Negan
has done on The Walking
Dead, and everyone Cookie
has slammed lately on
Empire. It's gonna be a long
interesting couple of days,
so get comfortable. P.S. I
apologies in advance for all
the snack stains.
The CW, a very popular
television network with
young adults, has had a lot
of success recently with their
line up of super hero shows.
One such dedicated fan,
Allison S, a McNeese State
University senior, majoring
in Mass Communications,
has just finished Legends of
Tomorrow, Arrow, and Super
Girl. So over the break she is
looking forward to finishing
The Flash. She said, “I like
the drama of it, and the
suspense of, you know is he
gonna save this person? Is
it gonna be a sad episode if
he doesn't save the person?
How is he gonna deal with
that? How are his friends
gonna deal with the fact
that he's upset, because
they're all kind of a team, so
they all work together and
kind of lean on each other.
I just like watching people's
relationships.”
