14 – SEARCHING FOR THE MOST PROBABLE MAXIMUM VALUE OF THE REDEVELOPED<br />

BUILDING COMPLEX<br />

In the previous sections we were conducting a search for the value of the redeveloped real estate<br />

property, applying the direct method of comparison, as well as applying the indirect method of income<br />

capitalization. Proceeding then to the average of the deduced values, we come to the “most<br />

probable maximum value of the redeveloped building complex”, as shown in the following formula.<br />

The average of the deduced values in euros:<br />

32,545,000 + 31,500,000 = 64,045000 / 2 = 32,022,000 - from which the value of redevelopment<br />

2000000 is to be deducted.<br />

FINAL AND TOTAL VALUE IS 30,022,000<br />
