Friends of <strong>Lewes</strong> Victoria Hospital celebrate their<br />

50th anniversary with a concert featuring the East<br />

Sussex Bach Choir, singing group <strong>Viva</strong> Voce, the<br />

Wallands Primary School Choir and trumpeter Alice<br />

Boileau. Wed 7th, 7pm, Southover Church, £10<br />

from Baldwins Travel<br />

Family Craft & Carols is an informal service with<br />

food and Christmas fun. Sat 10th, 10am, Kings<br />

Church, free<br />

Sing carols accompanied by members of the <strong>Lewes</strong>,<br />

Glynde and Beddingham Brass Band. Organised by<br />

Christ Church <strong>Lewes</strong>. Sun 11th, 2.30pm, Nevill<br />

Green, free<br />

The Ashdown Singers will hold their annual<br />

Christmas concert, Sing Nowell. It will feature many<br />

well-known Christmas carols. Sun 11th, 3pm, St<br />

Pancras Church, free<br />

The famous Sussex choir Coro Nuovo will present<br />

an evening of seasonal music. Mon 12th, 7pm, St<br />

Peter’s Church, Chailey, £10 (under 16 free)<br />

Esterhazy Chamber Choir’s Carols by Candlelight concert,<br />

billed as ‘The perfect antidote for the Christmas<br />

rush.’ Sat 17th, 6pm, St Anne’s Church, free<br />

Kings Church will hold its traditional carol service, a<br />

chance to meet friends and sing songs of praise. Sun<br />

18th, 7.30pm, Kings Church, free<br />

Carols Around the Crib will be an opportunity to<br />

sing your favourite Christmas carols and hymns<br />

on Christmas Eve. Sat 24th, 4pm, St Michael’s<br />

Shepherds Arise! presents old Sussex carols from<br />

church manuscript books and oral traditions. The<br />

Shepherds Arise! Quire and Band are directed by<br />
