• The <strong>wedding</strong> venue fee included is applicable for up to 30 people – if guest<br />
numbers exceed this number the venue fee increases – please ask for details<br />
• There is a minimum stay of 7 nights required at the villa<br />
• <strong>Villa</strong> is not accessible by large bus<br />
• <strong>Villa</strong> sleeps up to 8 persons/3 bedrooms <strong>and</strong> a sofa bed<br />
• <strong>Villa</strong> availability must be booked first before <strong>wedding</strong> date<br />
• In case of bad weather, balcony area can accommodate up to 40 people<br />
