HPCA NEWS UPDATES!
We have some exciting changes up at our HPCA Office. These changes will
make it even easier for our residents who come in to take care of business.
First of all, safety is a big concern for us and in the past the decking surrounding
the building was warped and sorely in need of change. After a few weeks
of construction, we now have a gorgeous deck. The quality will last for many
years to come and increase the stability and safety for all.
ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CATHOLIC SCHOOL NEWS
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School has spirit! How about you?
The Dolphins kicked off the school year with a pep rally in September
competing in a friendly hula dance and Hawaiian themed relay
race. The students came dressed for this special event, wearing leis,
sunglasses and grass skirts. The teachers were not absent from the
fun! They provided the kids with laughs while they performed the
hula in front of everyone to the song “Don’t worry, Be happy!” The 1 st
and 5 th graders won the spirit stick, defeating the rest of the classes
by cheering the loudest while having good sportsmanship.
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School celebrated the Feast of St. Francis
of Assisi with Blessing of the Pets on Tuesday, October 4 th . Fr. Reynolds led
the beautiful service in prayer and singing with the pets barking and chirping
along. At the end, the animals were blessed and everyone celebrated
God’s creations by visiting with the pets.
(call 281 463-1216). Complaint forms are included
in every Bear Creek Newsletter for your convenience.
The association’s office verifies complaints and writes
letters to violators. HPCA will initiate legal action
when warranted, to enforce the deed restrictions.
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL
You must submit any plans for improvements or
modifications of your home to the Hunter’s Park
Community Association Office. Your plans will be
checked to insure that they comply with the deed
restrictions. This includes re-roofing, playforts (8
ft. height limit), temporary storage buildings, etc.
Please call the office at 281 463-1216 if you need
any additional help or assistance.
SECURITY
Hunter’s Park Community Association provides
additional security currently through a contract
with Commissioners Court for four Harris County
Constables. HPCA also hires off-duty deputies on
an as-needed basis for additional coverage.
Please call the Constable’s Office at 281 463-6666
to report any suspicious person, activity or for vacation
watch. There is a voluntary $2.00 security
contribution on the M.U.D. #6 water bill that goes to
each homeowner. The voluntary contributions can
only be used to pay for security. This contribution
enables HPCA to provide more coverage without
raising maintenance fees.
