PICNIC DAY
Top day as members celebrate
THE “OLD” WYONG SHIRE POOL HOSTED ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL GOSFORD AND WYONG USU UNION PICNIC DAY
ON FRIDAY 4TH DECEMBER 2015.
FUN AND GAMES FOR KIDS OF ALL AGES!
The sun was shining on the Central
Coast with over 500 members
and families enjoying the
festivities, including children’s rides,
amusements, photo booths, clowns,
horse rides, face painting, animal zoo
and a visit from Santa.The barbeque
also proved extremely popular with
lines of hungry members queuing
for the sausage sizzle and hot dogs
throughout the day!
As the photos show, the event was
again an overwhelming success!
This was the last USU Gosford and
Wyong Council Picnic Day, as now
we have the merged “Central Coast
Council”.
There are plans to expand the event
in 2016 to provide a variety of events
for the benefit of USU members at the
new entity! This year’s first annual USU
Central Coast Council Picnic Day, will
be held on Friday 2 nd December 2016
again at the “old Wyong” Shire Pool and
surrounding grounds.
The day would not be successful
without the hard working members of
the Union Picnic committee.
The USU extends a huge well done
to the members of the USU Picnic
committee and volunteers on the
day who made the 2015 event such a
success - roll on 2016!
