3 Easy Steps :<br />

Serves e-4 - Prep zomins - Cook 15 - eomins<br />

1. R.emove the packaging and protective vvrapping frorn the<br />

Camernbert. Slice the top layen of wax frorl the cheese and place<br />

in the wooden box. Dfrzzle brnl of olive oil over the cheese and<br />

spread evenly to coven the top. Sprinkle over rtsp of t{erbes Des<br />

Alpes seasoning and place in a preheated oven at r8o"C / Gas<br />

rnark 4,<br />

z.Slice the mushrooms and place in heated firying pan with ronrl<br />

of oil. Whilst the mushrooms start to cook, slice 3 nnuffins and<br />

place on a baking tray and drizzlewith 5rnl of oil. Place in the<br />

oven fon 5rnins. While the croutons start to cook add tJre 5oml of<br />

white wine to the nnushroorns and allow to sirnmer for emins"<br />

3,Add ztsp of Herbes Des Alpes to the rnushroorns and rooml of,<br />

double cream and allow to sirnmer for a further g rnins. Rernove<br />

the cheese and croutons frorn the oven and sen/e on a board.<br />

Place the rnushrooms in a small bowl next to the cheese and<br />

croutons.

l.Remove the tofu frorn<br />

packagirg, pat dry and stand<br />

in the ftidge for zhrs.<br />

Ingnedientsr<br />

Broceoli<br />

- r Head 0f Bok Choy<br />

- r Red Chilti<br />

z. Slice the onions length<br />

thin strips and finely dice the red chili.<br />

3. Prepare the broccoli by snapping off any excess stem and<br />

pick off all the hok choy leaves.<br />

4. After zhrs slice the tofu into 8 pieees and sprinkle with<br />

Eastern Fusion No.ltr using the shaker. I{eat a firying pale<br />

with rtbsp of the ground nut oil and quickly fry the tofu until<br />

slightly brown on both sides. Reffirove f,rom the pan and rest<br />

on a plate.<br />

5. ddd the remainder of the ground nut oil to the pan and<br />

quicldy firy off the spring onion, chilli, broccoli and carrot"<br />

Allow to cook for 5rnins. Now add the tofu to the stir fry with<br />

the bok choy and gently nnix together. Findly add ztbsp of<br />

Gluten Free Soy Sauce to the stir fiT,r. Enjoy with a rice.
