Qualita has two modern manufacturing
facilities with a floor
space of over 25,000 m² and

sorting, cutting, carving, sanding

We source our wood from sustainable
sources and only use
FSC certified timber. We dry the
wood in our own kilns and use
every single piece for various

people liked this idea so much

Now our wooden mosaic tiles

We also try to use non-toxic materials
where it is practical and
aim to use local suppliers where
possible to cut down on the fuel
emissions.
Even our premises are using the
heaters designed so that we
could use all leftover wood to
heat our factory and warehouse.

Space planning
Space planning might play the determining factor between the place buzzing with customers
or no customers at all. Our consultants and design team have experience in creating layouts and
furniture schemes so that the perfect balance is achieved. At this stage, we look at where all the
key areas are planned to be, how is the flow of people movement organized, etc. Quite often at
this stage we will co-operate with your interior designer and other key people involved in project
planning. Be prepared for some site visits together with our planners.
Concept proposal
Once we get the idea of what is needed we will produce a proposal suitable to the given budget

that we don‘t specialize in. We have created the list of

We don‘t repair or refurbish
furniture. We can replicate the
furniture and make new pieces
from an old design if that is a
requirement. It can be useful in
order of keeping the historical
value of the premises.
Furniture repair
We don‘t have an in-house
designer of furniture. However
if there‘s such a requirement
we have friends who can help
with this. We have furniture
technologists who will design
the furniture on CAD software
from your given sketches.
Normally to get professional
sketches and models you
would need to get a furniture
designer. It is important that
people understand the difference
between furniture designer
and furniture technologist.

From my experience I know that being involved
in a new build or refurbishment project
may be a pleasing and rewarding experience
as well as it can be a frustrating one.
Good preparation and hiring the right people
will ensure that your experience is a pleasing
one.
Furniture always comes as a last bit in a refurbishment,
remake or new build project. This is
a time when many thing can go wrong. Quite
often at this late stage of the project rushed
decisions are made and mistakes happen resulting
in frustration, money loss and other
unpleasant things.
My advice is to be well prepared for this stage
in advance. Talk to your furniture experts early
in the project. Remember we will require a lot
of your time. We also will need to prepare for
the project so doing it early is highly recommended.
