SPORTS/DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Sports/Deep tissue massage includes specific massage techniques used in the most effective
way to manage the rehabilitation of soft tissue. Massage can help reduce the effects of stress,

It is an effective tool in the prevention, treatment and management of soft tissue injuries and
chronic pain. Sports Massage can aid the preparation and recuperation of muscle tissue for

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Aromatherapy uses the purest plant essence in the form of organic essential oils, which are
extracts from various parts of plants, fruits, flowers, bark, roots or resins. Due to the diversity
of essential oils and their individual theraputic properties, the range of benefits are wide
ranging.
Using a holistic approach to client consultation provides the information necessary to select
the appropriate essential oils for the maximum benefit. The selected oils are blended with a
carrier/base to create a unique mix for each client’s individual needs. This Aromatherapy
blend is applied to the skin with traditional body massage. Other massage techniques such
as deep tissue work may also be used, depending on the client’s requirement.

STONE THERAPY
Stone therapy is a ‘mind, body and soul treatment’.
The aim of which is to completely relax and revitalise. Using warm basalt stones and preblended
aromatherapy oils, this treatment is both comforting and indulgent. The warmth of
the stones provides a calming effect, resulting in a reduction of tension throughout the body
and mind, perfect to relieve the stresses of everyday life.

SHRINKING VIOLET “INCH LOSS” BODY WRAP
Shrinking Violet is a painless, effortless way to remove unwanted fat from problem areas on
your body. The treatment works by lyposis.
Lyposis works by breaking down the fat within our cells, the fat is then carried out of the body
via the lympatic system. You will achieve inch loss results straight away and as the treatment
continues to work over the next 72 hours, your inch loss can increase if you follow the correct

Reflexology is a holistic foot treatment that is suitable for all ages. Reflexology works on the
principle that the organs and systems in the body are reflected in the pressure points on the
hands and feet. By pressing specific pressure points on the hands and feet this treatment can
bring relief from a wide range of chronic and acute conditions. Conditions such as Stress,
Headache & Migraine, Back & Joint Pain, Digestive Problems, Sleep Problems & Hormone
Problems to name but a few.

A deep massage treatment that is concentrated specifically on the head, neck and shoulders.

MICROBLADING - NEW FOR 2017
WHAT IS EYEBROW MICROBLADING?
Eyebrow Microblading is the newest, must have form of cosmetic semi permanent make up that has
become a global trend. Using a specially designed micro-blade, natural 3D hair strokes are placed under
the epidermis for the ultimate tailored brow. The pigments used in the treatment have been specially
formulated to match the original eyebrow in order to achieve a natural bespoke look.
WHO IS THIS TREATMENT FOR?
Eyebrow Microblading is the perfect treatment for anyone who is looking to semi permanently improve or
enhance the appearance of their eyebrows. This ground breaking technique will give you, the client, the
effect of ultra fine delicate hair stokes that blend seamlessly with your own natural brow hair. The
treatment will allow you to partially or fully camouflage missing eyebrow hair, define, cover gaps, or fill-in
over plucked brows, or even add a slight arch to change or redefine your eyebrow shape.
Please note that there is a £30 consultation fee that is fully redeemable against the price of your procedure.
Once you have decided to go ahead with treatment, subject to all of the above, you can book your
mircoblading appointment. After your initial Microblading treatment it is normal to return 6 weeks later to
top them up and after this your treatment is complete. The price is inclusive of all three appointments.
PERMANENT OR SEMI-PERMANENT
Why do I refer to this treatment as semi-permanent? Microblading is a form of tattooing and therefore is
technically a permanent treatment. However, the treatment will fade over time and will require a refresh
from time to time and this is why we refer to the treatment as semi-permanent.
BOOKING YOUR TREATMENT
There are three appointments for this treatment. Prior to undergoing any treatment you will have a full
consultation where you will have the opportunity to discuss your desired look and how this can be
achieved. The treatment, including how you need to prepare for it, what to expect on the day and what
will happen after treatment will all be fully explained during this consultation. There will also be plenty of
time to ask your therapist any additional questions you may still have regarding your treatment. You will
be shown a mock-up of what your finished look will look like and sent away to decide if you like it. You do
not need to decide at the time of consultation if you want to go ahead with the treatment or not. However
please be aware that before any treatment can go ahead you must have a patch test a minimum of 48
hours prior to the treatment and all consent forms must be read, understood and signed by yourself at the
time of patch testing. Please note that there is a £30 consultation fee that is fully redeemable against the
price of your procedure. Once you have decided to go ahead with treatment subject to all of the above
you can book your microblading appointment. After your initial microblading treatment it is normal to
return 6 weeks later to top them up and after this your treatment is complete. All three appointments are
included in the price.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
The length of time depends on the individual, there are no two people the same and each person’s skin
holds on to the pigment differently. On average we suggest getting the brows refreshed about every 12-
36 months.

Lash lift by Myscara is wonderful treatment for those of you who want beautiful longer
looking, thicker looking eyelashes without wearing extensions. Lash Lift will give your lash

Party lashes are perfect for just that “party time.” Using individual cluster lashes to build up

PRE CARE ADVICE
Always attend your lash appointment wearing no eye make up.
EXTENSIONS - Keep lashes dry for 24 hours and keep them free from any oil based skin and
make up.
Use oil free make up remover and take care when applying eye creams and moisturiser to
keep them away from your extensions.
LASH LIFT - Apply Vaseline to your eyelashes 1-2 times a week at night to keep lashes
hydrated if necessary.

ST TROPEZ SPRAY TAN
The iconic St Tropez Pro Booth is the quickest and simplest way to achieve a gorgeous natural
tan perfect for quick results and an expert finish.
Available in 3 different finishes:

DEEPER & DARKER
EXPRESS TAN which developes in a time frame of 1-3 hours, so it lets you control how dark
you would like your tan to be. Ideal for those last minute occasions.
Please ensure you exfoliate 24hrs prior to your tanning appointment, paying particular
attention to dry areas (ie feet, knees, elbows etc). Dark loose clothing should be worn
afterwards to prevent streaking. Development time 8 hours.

WAXING
Perron Rigot is a renowned French creator of high quality waxes, suitable for all techniques
and skin types, using only the finest ingredients.
The different varieties and textures of the waxes have a targeted solution for each need,
ensuring perfect results every time.
Perron Rigot waxes literally “shrink wrap” the hair, removing the entire hair with its roots from
the folicle, leaving the skin undamaged. Since the wax sticks to the hairs and not the skin, the
treatment is relatively pain free. Regular waxing weakens and slows down hair regrowth and
produces results that last longer.

It is advisable not to have any heat treatments i.e. sunbed, sauna, steamroom 24 hours before
or after waxing.
THREADING (AVAILABLE SOON)
Threading allows control when shaping brows to ensure perfectly sculptured eyebrows.
A cotton thread is used to glide across the skin, removing excess hair while it does so. Not
only that but the thread grabs and teases out every single hair by its root leaving a cleaner
finish with longer lasting results. The results are wonderfully neat and perfectly symmetrical
eyebrows which can take years off your face.
