- Sharks Director of Player Development Larry Robinson won six Stanley Cups with Montreal during his playing career. He currently
sits among the leaders in Canadien’s franchise history in several categories, including games played (2 nd , 1,202), points (5 th , 883),
assists (4 th , 686) and plus/minus (1 st , plus-700). Robinson won two Norris Trophies and a Conn Smythe Trophy during his career with
Montreal and represented the Canadiens nine times in the NHL All-Star Game.
- Sharks Director of Scouting Tim Burke was drafted by Montreal in the seventh round (124 th overall) of the 1975 NHL Entry Draft.

2016-17 SHARKS TEAM NOTES:
S.O. PERFECT…San Jose started its four-game road trip with back-to-back shootout victories over Toronto and Ottawa. The Sharks
were the last team to participate in a shootout this season and have had great success thus far.
Team Teal is one of two teams not to have lost a shootout this season (Detroit, 4-0). Meanwhile, Los Tiburones have converted on two
of their six shot attempts (33.3%), which is good for T-9 th in the League.
In addition, Martin Jones has been perfect in the shootout, blocking all seven attempts, making San Jose the only team in the League
not to have allowed a shootout goal. Their seven shootout shot attempts against ranks them T-23 rd League-wide.
The last time the Sharks had back-to-back shootout victories was on Dec. 27, 2013 at Arizona when the Sharks collected their thirdconsecutive
shootout victory against the then-Phoenix Coyotes. The other two shootout victories came at home on Dec. 21 st against
the Dallas Stars and on Dec. 23 rd against the Colorado Avalanche.
OFF TO A QUICK START…Patrick Marleau scored :12 seconds into the game on Dec. 10 th versus Carolina. The goal marked the
third fastest goal to start a game in San Jose franchise history. The other two occurrences:
