Service Interview 2. Lean from Employee’s Engagement Perspective When our employees work in long process roles, their disengagement increases overtime. Our role is to make employees more engaged and have more time to focus on customers. The more engaged you are the more creative you will become. The Lean Program will allow us to respond to the changing customer desires with high variety, high quality, low cost, and make information management much simpler and more accurate. Furthermore, Lean will make Bupa Arabia an agile and market responsive company. It will allow us to be real quick in addressing customer needs with highly engaged employees. 3. Lean from a Cost Optimization Perspective Where possible, eliminating waste in our processes, create processes that need: less human effort, less space, less time, and less costs with much fewer issues compared with current conventional ones. Medical Quiz Awards The Medical Quiz objective is to highlight medical incidents identified during TQM’s medical audit in the form of scenarios and enhance BA Medical Team’s clinical knowledge, by creating a fair, competitive environment.
