Christmas is without a doubt my favorite time of year.
The crisp air brings hopes of snow, cozy fires and
quality time spent with the ones you love.
In my adult years I have grown to love a big Christmas
brunch. I enjoy preparing eggs, bacon, biscuits and fresh
fruit, and of course no brunch is complete without a delightful
cocktail.
My go-to summer cocktail is a mimosa, so for Christmas,
I decided to do a mimosa with a twist. The combination of
cranberry and rosemary always puts me in the mood for holiday
cheer. This year, as you snuggle up close to those you love,
open gifts and sing carols, I hope you will enjoy sipping this
cheerful holiday cocktail.
