1 pack organic vanilla pudding mix<br />

2 cups almond milk<br />

1 cup coconut sugar<br />

1 pack raspberries (optional garnish)<br />

Mix pudding mix and 2 cups of almond milk together until<br />

creamy. Pour into a glass pie pan or shallow brownie pan. Chill for<br />

30 minutes to 1 hour.<br />

Preheat oven to high broil. Remove pudding from the<br />

refrigerator and sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar evenly on top. Broil on<br />

high for 9-12 minutes until the sugar is bubbling.<br />

Remove from oven and allow to cool on the stove. Chill for an<br />

hour and then serve. I enjoy mine with fresh raspberries. While this<br />
