Here <strong>at</strong> <strong>World</strong> <strong>House</strong> we encourage a positive environment <strong>at</strong> all times. We include the following to<br />
encourage you and give you the opportunity to be part of our vibrant culture.<br />
The Loft<br />
On the second floor of <strong>World</strong> <strong>House</strong> you<br />
will find The Loft, an area dedic<strong>at</strong>ed for<br />
staff which includes a fully fitted kitchen,<br />
sofas, and a cyber cafe where you can sit<br />
and have your lunch, charge your phone<br />
or book space for an informal meeting.<br />
Bar<br />
Our staff work hard during the week<br />
and look forward to winding down with<br />
their collegues <strong>at</strong> the end of it. Head up<br />
to The Loft after work to relax, or help<br />
yourself to a complimentary drink or<br />
two on a Friday.<br />
Gym<br />
Loc<strong>at</strong>ed in The Loft we have a priv<strong>at</strong>e<br />
gym which is free to employees. When<br />
you start <strong>at</strong> the company you will be<br />
offered a membership and after you’ve<br />
had your induction you will be able to<br />
work out in your free time, with the<br />
assurance of onsite priv<strong>at</strong>e showers.<br />
<strong>World</strong> <strong>House</strong> Hive<br />
We’re all for staff morale <strong>at</strong> <strong>World</strong> <strong>House</strong><br />
- with a dedic<strong>at</strong>ed staff forum where we<br />
input ideas to boost it! The Hive host<br />
fundraisers, summer parties and even<br />
invite local traders in such as beauticians<br />
and mobile car washers... we look forward<br />
to your suggestions!<br />
