Ann Cavanagh, Chair of Community Committee, explained why this special community committee was being held and asked people to listen to guest speakers and ask questions at the end. Ann asked the meeting if there were any objections to filming of this meeting. RESOVED: that no one objected to filming of meeting. Cllr Antrobus, Assistant Mayor, Strategic Planning, informed the meeting that Salford City Council is revising their strategic plans on development along with the legal plans to link into the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework.
