Production Information
Lead Time
Due to the variety of products in our catalog, lead times may vary. Call your sales
representative for specific information.
Over/Under Runs
Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered; however certain
circumstances may result in over or under runs of imprinted merchandise.
We reserve the right to ship an additional +/-10% and bill accordingly.
Rush Orders
Orders requiring shipment within three working days will be considered as rush
orders. If accepted, a rush service charge of $25.00 will apply.
Cancellation
Any cancellation of orders in process is subject to applicable charges, depending
on extent of work performed and cost incurred at time of cancellation.
Setup Charges
Due to the variety of products in our catalog, setup charges vary from item to item.
Below are charges associated with our more common imprint processes:
Laser Engraving $50.00 for new logo, no re-order setup charge.
Personalization Charge $1.50 per name
Second Side Engraving Charge $0.35 each
Second Side Engraving Charge (ceramics) $0.75 each
Second Side Engraving Charge Drinkware-Non Ceramics $0.55 each
Embroidery Charges
Each logo stitch count may vary. Therefore, please consult your sales representative
for an embroidery quote.
Shipping Information
Carrier
Shipments are normally shipped via United Parcel
Service unless instructed otherwise.
Shipping Point
FOB, Tempe AZ (Some customized pieces may be
shipped directly from point of
manufacture.)
Split/Drop Shipment
Add $2.50 per location after the first address. Drop
ship address must be received within
five days of placing order.
Claims
Claims for goods damaged while in transit or
merchandise not received must be submitted within
15 days from date of shipment. Do not return goods
to Sutter’s Mill; retain all packaging and notify your
sales representative immediately.
Copyright Notice
All logos used in this catalog are to show imprinting
reproduction ability only. They are not meant to be
advertisements nor are these items for sale to
anyone other than the parties expressly
authorized to use such logos.
Artwork
Black and white, camera ready artwork is required for all new logo setups. In some cases,
color separates artwork may be required. Unless otherwise specified, all artwork will be
sized to best maximize the imprint area indicated. If no particular imprint area is indicated,
we reserve the right to decorate the area most suitable for the artwork
and method specified.
Electronic Art
Artwork is accepted on CD, USB, or e-mail attachment. Platform is PC/Windows;
preferred file format is .eps. Other formats accepted include .tif and .jpg. Resolution
should be 300dpi or greater if in color, 600 dpi or greater for black and white.
Please include applicable PMS colors. E-mail all artwork to artwork@suttersmill.com
and include your company name. sales representative’s name, purchase order
number and item(s) ordered,
Artwork Charges
Artwork creation, clean-up, touch-ups, typesetting, or re-sizing may incur additional
charges and will be billable to the order.
Paper Proof
A signed acknowledgment of imprint is required on all new orders.
