BONDED WASHERS
For weather sealing of standard #9, #10,
#12 or #14 (1/4”) diameter fasteners and
fixtures. Standard washers are a
galvanized metal disc bonded to non
conductive E.P.D.M. rubber. Also available
for order is a stainless steel (304SS) metal
disc bonded to non conductive E.P.D.M.
rubber. Conical design directs flow of facing
materials to form a seal conforming to both
fastener and sealing surface. All sizes
available for order in full carton quantities
only. Many other sizes from #4 ID up to 1”
I.D available on request. Made in North

SADDLE WASHERS
A saddle washer is used for fastening of
roof coverings in conjunction with either
screws or bolts. It is used as a crown fixing
and is placed on top of the corrugations or
ribs. The type/shape should be chosen to fit
the profile of the metal rib. Our saddle
washers possess extraordinary elasticity
and memory when cushioning and vibration
control are needed. High quality EPDM
vulcanized to .040” thick aluminum. Full
carton orders only, expect 1 week lead
time. 5/16” & 3/8” I.D. available on req.

S-5 CLAMP
S-5! ® clamps attach to the panel seam by the tightening of two
"bullet-nosed" stainless steel set-screws against the seam material.
The round point set-screws compress the seam material against the
opposite wall of the clamp. They will "dimple" the seam material, but
will not penetrate it. Threaded holes in the clamp (stainless hardware
is provided) enable the easy attachment of various ancillary items to
the clamps.
CorruBrackets, RibBracket and ProteaBrackets are secured through
the major rib in a through fastened fashion. Standard S5 has two set
screws, S5-mini parts have one set-screw.

S-5 PV UL Solar Attachment Solutions
The new S-5-PV Kit is one of the first solar module mounting solutions in the
industry to be listed to the new UL subject 2703, a standard that covers both
bonding and mounting. In order to meet the UL requirements, the S-5-PV Kit
had to be submitted for tests, being evaluated under the severest of
conditions to confirm that the product would withstand the elements while
maintaining electrical conductivity. Stainless mounting disk, no lugs or wire
required. Edge and universal grab available, S-5 Clamp sold separately.
