RETROFIT RESIDENTIAL MASTERFLASH FOR ELECTRICAL MAST
The new solution for flashing electrical mast connections on shingle roofing.
Specifically designed for the residential roofing industry, compounded for maximum
resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light. The base is designed to
mold to most configurations and roof pitches regardless of pipe location. Easy to
see pipe diameter markings make for an easy on-site installation. Built in 20 deg
pitch allows adaptability to almost any pitch including 45 deg angles. No hassle
stainless steel grippers to secure in retrofit applications. Tested to continuous 212
deg F and - 67 deg F. Not designed for use on metal roofing.

RESIDENTIAL MASTERFLASH PIPE FLASHING FOR SHINGLE & TILE
This high quality flashing is designed for residential use with a built in 20 deg pitch
allowing adaptability to almost any roof pitch. The Residential Masterflash is an
upgrade to inexpensive plastic based residential flashings with special additives to the
rubber allowing us to offer a 20 year warranty and pass ASTM C20 requirements.
Additional fire retarding agents milled directly into the rubber enable this flashing to be
used with Type B vents and to be listed with IAPMO cert# 3121. Available in black
EPDM for applications up to 212 deg F or red silicone high temp for applications up to
437 deg F. Mini and #1 have a 14” x 14” aluminum base , #2 and #3 are larger.

piece molded guard slides over existing lead flashings. The extra thick sturdy design is
expected to last for the life of your roof. This guard is colored throughout in popular
shingle colors and UV protected for durability. It Improves appearance of roofing
systems and installs in minutes without the need of special tools only a PH screw driver.

RETRO-SPIN FLASHING & RETRO-COLLAR
The RETRO-SPIN flashing is a galvanized spin
flashing designed to be used with a retro-collar
to seal fixed roof penetrations such as electrical
conduit. Easy installation, slide on and spin
close 3” x 14 1/2” diameter base. Packaged 6
pcs/box, Made in the U.S.A. Retro-collars are
designed for installation around fixed geometricshaped
roof penetrations that cannot be
disassembled. Retro-collars work great when
installed over our Retro-Spin flashings but will
also work with lead, copper, and stainless steel pipe jacks, PVC pipe
boots, TPO Pipe boots and E.P.D.M. boots.
Sizes: 1-1/2” & 2” round, 2” x 2” square tube and 2” x 2” angle iron.
