Lachlan McKnight<br />
Lachlan is the CEO of LegalVision, an innovative and<br />
tech-driven law firm. LegalVision is disrupting Australia’s<br />
legal industry and transforming the way in which Australian<br />
businesses access legal services. Lachlan previously worked<br />
as a corporate lawyer and investment banker in London,<br />
Paris, Amsterdam and Hong Kong.<br />
Jill McKnight<br />
Jill is a Practice Leader at LegalVision with particular<br />
expertise in banking, finance and commercial law.<br />
Jill started her legal career in London and has since<br />
worked in Paris, Amsterdam, Hong Kong and Sydney.<br />
Jill specialises in startups, including convertible loans,<br />
revenue loans, shareholders agreements, issuing equity<br />
and employee share option plans.<br />
Madeleine Hunt<br />
Madeleine is a Lawyer and Legal Project Manager.<br />
Before joining LegalVision, Madeleine worked at the<br />
Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Arts Law<br />
Centre of Australia. She is a first point of contact for<br />
our startup clients and provides ongoing assistance<br />
with a variety of their legal needs including capital<br />
