Adult Safety Net Provider (ASNprogram. Patient must be 19 years or older and have no medical insurance.<br />

Supplies publicly-purchased vaccine at no cost to enrolled providers. The program was created <strong>by</strong> the Texas<br />

Department <strong>of</strong> State Health <strong>Services</strong> (DSHS) Immunization Branch to increase access to vaccination services<br />

n Texas for uninsured adults, there<strong>by</strong> raising the immunization coverage levels and improving the health <strong>of</strong><br />

Texans. NOTE: Providers are allowed to charge an administration fee <strong>of</strong> up $25 for each vaccine that is<br />

administered. Although ASN Program providers may charge this fee, they cannot deny the vaccine because<br />

<strong>of</strong> an inability to pay it. Currently vaccines <strong>of</strong>fered: Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Combination hepatitis A-<br />

hepatitis B, Human papillomavirus (HVP), Measles, mumps & rubella (MMR), Meningococcal Conjugate<br />

(MCV4), Pneumococcal polysaccharide (PPSV23), Pneumococcal conjugate (PCV13), Tetanus, diphtheria, &<br />

pertussis (Tdap), Tetanus-diphtheria (Td), Varicella, Zoster.<br />

Immunizations 18 and under with Medicaid or uninsured / Immunizations for adults uninsured , Dental<br />

<strong>Services</strong> 9for children only), Women and Men's Wellness.<br />

Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<br />

They provide services without asking for a legal status.<br />

Accept CHIP, Medicaid and uninsured.<br />
