A Waukegan man was
arrested for aggravated
driving under the influence
Feb. 5, according to police.
Vincent L. Williams,
52, of Waukegan was arrested
and charged with
aggravated driving under
the influence, driving
while license suspended,
illegal transportation of
alcohol, driving while license
revoked, possession
of drug paraphernalia,and
possession of a controlled
substance after police responded
to a complaint
at 4:03 a.m. in the 1300
block of Half Day Road.
Williams was transported
to bond court in Waukegan.

• Luis A. Sosa, 28, of
Beach Park was arrested
and charged with driving
under the influence, speeding
35+ MPH over the
limit, obstructing a peace
officer and endangering
the health of a child after
police conducted a traffic
stop at 6:16 a.m. in the
1400 block of Park Avenue
West.
Feb. 5
• Tyrone H. Price, 22, of
Kenosha, Wis., was arrested
and charged with driving
while license suspended,
operating an uninsured
motor vehicle and speeding
after being stopped by
police at 4:03 a.m. in the
100 block of the Edens
Expressway.
Feb. 4
• Jaaneil L. Thaxton, 31,
of Waukegan was arrested
and charged with driving
while license suspended,
operating an uninsured
motor vehicle and speeding
26–34 miles per hour
over the limit after being
stopped by police at 5:06
a.m. in the 100 block of the
Edens Expressway.
• Ernest W. Hughes, 42,
of Milwaukee, Wis., was
arrested and charged with
driving while license suspended,
operating an uninsured
motor vehicle and
speeding 26–34 miles per
hour over the limit after
being stopped by police at
2:31 a.m. in the 100 block
of the Edens Expressway.
Johnson was released on a
recognizance bond with a
court date of February 22,
2017 in Park City.

and charged with driving
while license suspended
and speeding after being
stopped by police at 1:42
a.m. in the 100 block of the

• A pair of boots was reported
stolen from an unsecured
area at 7:14 a.m.

Avenue West.
• Items were reported
stolen from a parked vehicle

smashed at 3:09 p.m. in

Avenue. The incident occurred
between 10 a.m.
and 3 p.m.

charged with minimum
speed regulation, possession
of a controlled substance
and driving under
the influence after police
conducted a traffic stop at
9:22 p.m. near the intersection
of Skokie Valley
and Half Day roads.

32, of Knollwood, was arrested
and charged with
criminal trespass after police
responded to a complaint
