We made the decision to list our property with <strong>Reuben</strong> as our agent after he informally approached us last year with an<br />

offer to prepare an independent appraisal. At that stage, we were not totally sure about selling our property but we were<br />

very impressed by <strong>Reuben</strong>’s proactive approach in keeping us informed about the local market. At that stage, there was no<br />

apparent advantage to <strong>Reuben</strong> keeping in contact with us but we were stuck with his professionalism, dedication and<br />

passion for his job. This was in contrast to other agents who we made contact with in passively inspecting properties at<br />

open homes. It never ceased to amaze us that that very few of those agents even bothered to make contact with us<br />
