She does this by helping women uncover what internal barriers may be holding them back then helps to define and implement strategies and goals to give women control over their professional development and into leadership positions. She also works with organisations in growing and supporting their female talent pipeline and to turn intention into action. Armed with many years of executive coaching experience and her time in the corporate world as a senior leader of people, Linda brings a unique perspective on how to tap into what women need to be successful. Before launching into an accredited coaching career, Linda worked extensively in financial services. A number of these years were spent as an Executive Vice Present at BT Financial Group managing over 200 people and mentoring graduates across the business. In 1998 and again in 2000 her team was presented with the prestigious National Customer Service Association Award and also the NSW State Award for service for three consecutive years. Upon leaving BT, Linda leveraged her communication skills to pen a popular weekly financial column entitled “Women and Money” for the Sun-Herald newspaper in Australia. She is the author of two books on how to make sense of financial matters. Linda lives in Sydney with her husband and two children.
