Australian Catholic Youth Festival
CATHOLIC YOUTH

Catholic Youth Parramatta
THE ACBC HAS announced
that the Australian Catholic
Youth Festival will be hosted
by the Archdiocese of Sydney
over three days (7-9 December)
with the support of the surrounding
dioceses. It is expected that
18,000 young people aged 16-25
will take part at an approximate
registration cost of $250 each.
The event will be held at Sydney
Olympic Park and Qudos Bank
Arena before an open-air Mass and
concert for 25,000 people in the
Domain to celebrate 10 years since
World Youth Day 2008 in Sydney
and to launch the 2018 ACBC Year
of Youth.
Planning is well underway by
Catholic Youth Parramatta and
Catholic Education Diocese of
Parramatta to ensure support,
formation and communication to
the 2500 young people we expect
from our schools and parishes.
