General information.
Guest Card:
We offer “Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis” ski passes at a discount of up to 12 % off the normal
price for holders of a valid Guest Card from Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis. Guest Cards are
available from your accommodation provider and must always be shown when you
buy your ski pass otherwise you will be charged the normal price. The difference in
price will not be refunded at a later stage.
In the case of regional ski passes (e.g. Ski-6) we are unable to grant discounts to
Guest Card holders for technical invoicing reasons.
Children:
Children born 2007 or later are transported for free under the Conditions of
Carriage. Children born between 1998 and 2006 inclusive are transported at the
child rate.
Senior citizens:
Ladies and men born 1948 or earlier travel at the discounted senior citizens’ rate.
Valid photo ID required!
Disabled:
Disabled people with a reduced work capacity of over 60 % shall also be granted
the senior citizen’s rate upon presentation of the relevant valid ID.
Advance sales:
From 3.00 pm on the previous day at the main ticket offices at the valley terminal.
Tickets / passes may be used as of 3.00 pm.

season times.
KeyCard:
Ski passes are issued exclusively on key cards. A € 5.00 deposit is charged for key
cards which will be refunded when they are returned undamaged.
Prices include 10 % VAT. Misprints excepted. Subject to price changes and other changes.
