Quality is the key Committed to Quality We endeavour to provide consistent, impartial and high-quality services regardless of who our customers are. We strive for the continual improvement of all aspects of quality, for prevention of deficiencies and irregularities, and for an increase in the value of our certificates. We participate in international associations and agreements, acquire and maintain accreditations with national and foreign accreditation bodies, and operate as a body for conformity assessment and as a notified body, so our partners can obtain at home at least the same level of service that they could find abroad. Committed to Knowledge Experience you can trust: • 40 years of activity • Acquired accreditations for: - testing laboratories and a calibration <strong>laboratory</strong> according to the EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, - a type A inspection body according to the EN 45004 standard, - a product certification body according to the EN 45011 standard, - a management systems certification body according to the EN 45012 standard. • A national metrological <strong>laboratory</strong> with all calibration capacities in the BIPM database • A notified body for several EU directives • Cooperation in the international network for management systems assessment IQNet • Cooperation in the international schemes and agreements for product testing and certification (CB, CCA, IECEx, Keymark, ENEC, CCA-EMC ...)

Convincing facts and figures Every year we issue over: • 3000 certificates of product conformity, • 300 internationally recognised reports and certificates of product conformity, • 80 certificates for quality management systems according to the ISO 9001 standard, • 10 certificates for environmental management systems according to the ISO 14001 standard. Every year we carry out more than: • 2000 calibrations of measuring instruments and measurement standards, and • 900 calibrations of measuring instruments and measurement standards within the scope of our accreditations. Every year we organise over 150 seminars, attended by more than 3000 individuals with a need for the knowledge we can provide. We are a notified body for nine EU directives: LVD, MD, ATEX, MDD, R&TTE, NOISE, PPE, LIFTS, and EMC. We are holders of: • six accreditations for testing laboratories, • two accreditations for calibration laboratories, • four accreditations as a type A inspection body, • five accreditations as a management systems certification body, • five accreditations as a product certification body. We have a team of 90 employees and 150 external contractual auditors, lecturers and experts, all of whom have set excellence as their ideal.
