RVJ&B is an exciting and progressive community<br />
music and arts organisation. We’re a charity organised<br />
by volunteers to promote participation in jazz for<br />
musicians and audiences and encourage cultural<br />
diversity through our events providing opportunities<br />
especially for young people.<br />
Membership: Help us keep music alive by becoming<br />
member of Ribble Valley <strong>Jazz</strong> & Blues. Membership -<br />
£10 for individuals and £15 for families.<br />

Big Bands: RVJ&B runs two big bands for amateur<br />
musicians under professional leadership by Paul J Rigby.<br />
• Ribble Valley <strong>Jazz</strong> Collective plays traditional and<br />
modern big band tunes, and rehearses on Monday<br />

• BluFunk Syndicate, a 16 piece band plays 20% jazz<br />
and 80% funk, and rehearses on Tuesday evenings.<br />
