MISSION STATEMENT<br />
Morley Cricket Club aims to make cricket accessible to the whole community, whilst maintaining<br />
ECB Clubmark status.<br />
We aim to do this by:<br />
Being the focus for cricket in our community<br />
Providing coaching and practice facilities<br />
Encouraging good sportsmanship and behaviour<br />
Encouraging the personal growth of participants at all levels, both on and off the field.<br />
The development plan is a summary of all aspects of the Club, whether playing or otherwise, and<br />
also an idea how we wish it to develop over the next five years. For each section, we consider:<br />
1. What we have now<br />
2. What we need to do.<br />
3. Requirements to achieve the objectives.<br />
4. The cost.<br />
5. When it will be implemented.
