5.0 SUMMARY<br />

In this unit, we have examined the origin/etymology, definition and<br />

rationale for <strong>Hermeneutics</strong> in general. The following aspects <strong>of</strong> <strong>Biblical</strong><br />

<strong>Hermeneutics</strong> were also discussed: meaning, relationship to exegesis<br />

and the importance for Christian ministry.<br />
